<p>You can control your Sony receiver and connected components using the AV Receiver Remote application. This application is compatible with the following Sony receivers:</p>
<ul>
  <li>STR-DA5600ES</li>
  <li>STR-DA4600ES</li>
  <li>STR-DA3600ES</li>
  <li>STR-DN2010</li>
</ul>

<h2>Getting Started</h2>

<ol>
  <li>Prepare your Sony receiver.
    <ol>
      <li>Connect your Sony receiver to your network. Refer to the Operating Instructions provided with your receiver or router for detailed instructions.</li>
      <li>Select "Settings", then "Network", and finally "External Control." Set "External Control" to "ON".</li>
    </ol>
  </li>
  <li>Connect your iPhone/iPod touch to the same network as your receiver.</li>
  <li>On the application home screen, tap "Application Settings", then select "Connection".</li>
  <li>If any receivers are displayed, tap on the one you want to operate. If no receivers are displayed, tap "Rescan" to search for receivers on the network.</li>
</ol>

<h2>Notes</h2>

<ul>
  <li>The demo mode will be active until you properly configure the application with a Sony receiver.</li>
  <li>If you make any changes to settings (Input Name, Input Icon, My Library, Tuner Preset, Macro, etc.), please restart the application to synchronize with the Sony AV Receiver.</li>
  <li>For more details, refer to the "Help" section in "Application Settings" on the application home screen.</li>
